Those who want to get a T. C. from the school must submit an application to this effect, which is attached in diary (last page). After paying the prescribed fees. T. C. will be issued in seven days after the submission of the application. The same procedure is to be followed in the case of all other certificates. It is the responsibility of the parent to see that all necessary documents are given to the school office. Those who are leaving the school must apply for T. C. immediately. Otherwise they will have to pay fees till the date they apply for the T. C.
Promoted TCs will not be issued unless and until the results are declared. Mark sheets will not be given to the parents before the result is announced. Those who need a statement of marks will be provided after paying a prescribed fees for the same.
In case of ICSE / ISC students their Migration Certificates will be issued by the Council after the ICSE / ISC results are declared and minimum of one month time is to be given for this. All those who are seeking admission to this school from other States, their TCs should be countersigned by the Education authorities of the concerned State, Zilla Parishad or Municipality as applicable. The school does not take responsibility for the same. All TC /BC should be submitted to the Principal only.
Birth Certificates should be complete, the ones which has no name will not be accepted by school. All the Bonafide Certificates will be issued by the Principal.
