There are around 73 trained graduate and post graduate teachers forming the academic faculty. The Teacher - student ratio is low. Many of the staff live near the school, enabling them to take interest in the student and involve themselves in all the activities of the school. The Head master controls the Academic needs of the School and Junior College.The Treasurer controls the finance/financial department of the School. The Principal maintains overall control of both the School and Junior College.
